well worn path

When I look back on our path as a family over the past few months…I can most certainly see that there was a plan.  There it was all this time…the grass beaten down just a bit showing the way.  What I wish, though, was that I would have been able to see it while we were travelling on it.  That would have been easier.

Each little thing that seemed disconnected really wasn’t and they all added up to a bigger connect the dots picture that I was not always (okay, never!) patient enough to see.

I had a meeting today and at that meeting I was offered a job at the kid’s school.  I will start in the fall and really it was an opportunity that I couldn’t pass up.

So there you go.  I am an employee.
