Owen is home sick again today. He came home early from school on Wednesday with a fever. Then Thursday he seemed a bit better, but as the day progressed, he got worse. Poor thing, he was burning up, stuffy head and nose, ear pain, the works. I decided to take him to the urgent care in lieu of waiting until this morning for a doc visit. Good thing, his fever was 102.1 when we got there. He couldn't keep his eyes open, and he was just super sick. They gave him some motrin, swabbed him for the flu, x rayed his chest, and finally determined that he has a ear infection, and upper respitory infection. He is better today, but still laying on the couch resting. Hopefully he is back on his feet after the weekend.
