Tee to scarf...

So I forgot to take a shot of the tee before I started cutting it, but here you get the idea. I had cut off the sleeves and cut up the side seams.

Fast forward twenty minutes::

The picture is not great, but I tried some of that messy ruffle stuff, and I did one haphazard flower. It has a giant button hole, of sorts, that one side of the scarf shoved through. It's not real long, because I doubled it up. A single layer of the tee shirt was just not thick enough.

When I asked Doug if he liked it, he didn't answer. Maybe he's jealous that he's not a girl and can't wear one...
