Nothing today really went as planned. The soccer games were postponed because of the rain. The Relay for Life was cancelled because of the rain. The class end of the year pool party was postponed because of the rain. Ethan refused to go to his last soccer game. Even the promise of the trophy waiting for him after the game was not enough to get him there.
The boys made a giant mess in the kitchen some salt dough and crafted some Indian canoes and paddles. Drying now to paint later.
Doug and Avery are at the grocery store.
I am chomping at the bit to make some more progress on the walls. Patience is a virtue, right?
I am off to load the dishwasher.
